Consumer Warranty & Replacement Policy
DK Sports Ltd. reserves the right to inspect product alleged to be defective for evidence of misuse or abuse, and determine whether in DK Sports sole determination a repair or replacement, if any, of the defective product is due. The liability of DK Sports Ltd. and their suppliers and importers under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement within a reasonable time. In no event shall DK Sports Ltd. or either suppliers or importers be liable for special incidental or consequential damages whatsoever. Seller has made no other representations or warranties expressed or implied as to any matter whatsoever, and there are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Defects
Any visible material defect or faulty workmanship must be notified to us within 10 days from the date of receipt of the garment and before the garment is washed. All other defects must be notified immediately after first wash of the garment. Failure to do so invalidates its guarantee.
Silk Screen Printing
All printing is done direct on fabric by using top quality of plastisol ink. We guarantee our printing from completely fading or washing out for the entire season. Provided, the washing instructions are followed carefully as mentioned on the label of the garment. The printing of sponsor and club logo depends upon the quality of artwork provided by the customer. Customer is fully aware of the fact that due to the nature of plastisol ink, minor scratches and peeling might appear after every wash and use of the garment. Any printing error is subject to necessary correction if possible to do so. If the error cannot be corrected to the satisfaction of the customer, the customer fully understands and agrees that the Company reserves the right to limit its liability only up to the cost of printing of garments. No refund or replacement is allowed on garments printed with customer’s club logo and/or sponsor.
Delivery
We guarantee to deliver your order before the start of the season, provided, we receive the complete sponsors’ list six weeks before the delivery date. All prices are F.O.B. plant, Brampton, Ontario unless otherwise specified on the Purchase Order.
Sizing
A complete sizing kit will be available upon request for you to determine appropriate sizes for each team. allocation of sizes to each team is sole responsibility of the customer. We do not assume any responsibility whatsoever if our garment does not fit on the player. While determining the sizes keep in mind that the actual sizes of the garment may slightly be less than the actual sizes as per sizing kit provided to you by the company, due to some shrinkage during silk screen printing process.
We reserve the right to substitute sizes by one size smaller or bigger for any short notice orders placed by the customer due to the availability of the stock. Customer will be notified accordingly of such a change.
Note: The fit of the garment may vary from style to style, and fabric to fabric, even though the size of the garment is same. Therefore, we strongly request to ask for a complete sizing kit of your particular style of uniform before allocating the size.
Colour Fastness
All fabrics used in our products are fast in colour and first quality, as we cannot control the various methods of cleaning and laundering garments, we cannot guarantee colourfastness.
Colour Matching
Every effort is made to match colour from one dye lot to another, and all orders are accepted with the understanding that purchaser realizes and accepts full responsibility for any variation or for any possible fading of shades in same or duplicate shipment.
Shrinkage
Every possible quality control method is used to control shrinkage. Because of various methods of cleaning and handling of garments we do not guarantee against shrinkage and cannot accept responsibility for conditions of any clothing after washing or cleaning.
Packing and Shipping
All orders are packed by individual team in a bag. Team or sponsor’s name and age group is marked on the bag at no extra charge. We ship by the method specified by you or by the cheapest method when left open.
Shortages
Any shortage must be reported immediately, but not later than 10 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment. Company reserves the right not to accept the claim of short shipment if not reported within 10 days.
Returns
Goods cannot be returned without our prior written approval. No returns after the customer logos is printed on the garments.
Payments
Unless otherwise Company approves the credit privilege, all orders require 25% deposit at the time of booking and balance C.O.D. All goods shipped remain property of DK Sports Ltd. until paid in full.
Substitutions
Company reserves the right to substitute the fabric or fabric designs with similar or better quality fabric in case the particular fabric or design chosen by the customer becomes unavailable. Customer will be notified a week before the order goes into production for alternate selection.
Standard Colour Combination
House League Shirts – Body Colours: Red, Royal Blue, Gold, Kelly Green, Orange, Sky Blue, Purple, Maroon, White, Teal, Hunter Green, Silver Grey, Lime, Golden Tan, Navy Blue, Turquoise, Steel Grey, Beige, Fuchsia, Black.
Neck and Arm Trim
All darker colour of shirts will have white trim, and all lighter colour shirts will have black trim.
Shorts and Printing Colours
All shorts are black. Darker colour shirts will be printed with white ink, and lighter colours shirts will be printed with black ink.
Sponsor’s List
To ensure guaranteed delivery as promised, we strongly request to receive a complete sponsor list 6 weeks prior to the delivery date. Any such delay will adversely delay the delivery of the order as agreed upon. Any late sponsors’ list received three weeks prior to the delivery date may cost an extra $25.00 per sponsor if the delivery of such order is required with the main order. Sponsor list received two weeks before the delivery date cannot be guaranteed to be printed and delivered with the main order as promised.
Cancellations & Add-ons
Orders cannot be cancelled after booking. The quantities or sizes may be changed after booking if the situation allows to do so. Customer fully understands and agrees that all sales are final, no exchange or returns are allowed once their club logo is printed on the garment. All additional orders, after the master order has gone into production, will be treated separately and delivery of additional orders will be determined at the time of order and may cost more than the original order due to smaller quantity.

No agent, sales representative or employee of DK Sports Ltd. have the power to wave any of the above terms and conditions of sale hereof or make additional obligation, make additional representation or warranties on behalf of DK Sports Ltd. unless the same evidenced by an agreement in writing, signed by and authorized mandatory from DK Sports Ltd.
